A Biography about A world Famous Person.

                                                           Mother Theresa

There was a time that some people of India suffered because of the poverty. Those people had to die either on the pavements or in the streets.No one cared or supported them. Every one discriminated them. In such as an era, a women was born to relieve the poorest of the poor. She is non other than Agnes Gonxha Bejaxhin. 

Agnes Gonxha Bejaxhin was born in Alagania 1910. As time went by she left her home and became a sister. There fore she was called sister Agnes. A few years later she was sent to India and she became a geography teacher.

On the 10th of September 1946 sister Agnes travelling by a train. On the way , she heard cries of some sick and helpless people by hearing that sister Agnes decided to help them. Then she became an Indian citizen. Thus sister Agnes Became Theresa.

In 1950 , sister Theresa established Missionaries of charity. Then she moved in to the slums and started nursing the sick and dying. As she helped the poor like a mother the people called her "MOTHER THERESA".

Mother Theresa was awarded many prizes for her dedicated service to the poorest of the poor.In 1979 she won the Nobel Peace Prize.

After doing a yeoman service to the poor Mother Theresa died the age of 87 in 1997.
